The Seton Hall Guantanamo Project dispels 14 of the Department of Defense's most over-used myths regarding those detained at Guantanamo by using data which came directly from the DOD itself. 

This report exposes not only the failure of the Combatant Status Review Tribunals, but also the reality that without recognition of habeas corpus for those detained, detainees are being denied their most basic legal rights.
