'Fair trial' depends on veracity of his statements

GUANTANAMO BAY, CUBA - Lawyers for Omar Khadr are seeking the names of his interrogators following his July, 2002, capture in Afghanistan, suspecting they subjected him to techniques similar to those that led to the deaths of two other detainees in the same detention centre.
